Listen. I know friendly?s isn?t some five star restaurant. I worked here before, I?ve been there enough times. It?s munchie food... basically. Which is fine. But boy oh boy tonight was different. If a combo is advertised, then the bill should reflect a combo price. We ordered 2 $11.99 combos. The first time we got the... bill, we were charged normal price. The corrected bill showed several credits instead of 2 line items of $11.99 each. Payingfor your lunch should not turn into a math test! I loved Friendly's as a kid. Decided to go home for some nostalgia. The table and booth were greasy. All of them were. There was... food on the floor. Everywhere. The food was nothing to write home about and the service was slow. The fribble was the highlight.They don't even serve crinkle fries anymore. went for a school event, seemed to be the staff wasnt ready for the amount of people who came, server was friendly but very... scattered due to lack of help. food was good but took awhile due to lack of kitchen support. had a bad tooth so couldnt eat icecream, wasnt any other options for dessert offered which i thought could have been.
