Awful.. what I ordered was a chicken Mediterranean bowl w/o hummus .. what I got was some rice, cucumbers, tomatoes & feta... cheese w a dollop of Greek yogurt .. NO CHICKEN no dressing .. Wanted to try something new from panera bread. Got a pick 2 the mac and cheese is fantastic the tuna sandwich tasted like the... salt ???? opened up and dumped a tremendous amount and other choices are very salty also from looking at website. They say theyare healthier option but the salt is too much offer a salt packet and let people decide salt or no salt. ???? Read more
Please stop wasting your money on this over priced hospital food. Panera Bread used to be good, every bite was nearly perfect... and it was always fresh. This location has just declined so horribly through these past couple of years and at this point Idon?t understand how it?s even still in business. I get the same order every time, and every time I get a different bread on thesandwich, there is no consistency with their ingredients. Tonight my sandwich had a huge piece of avocado just slapped onto it.It?s sad to see my sandwich just rushed and thrown together when I waited about 20 mins for my order to be ready when it?sliterally just throwing ingredients onto bread and letting the oven do it?s work & scooping pre-made soup into a cup. I don?tunderstand how it takes that long and then it?s not even an enjoyable meal. My soup was also sad, the smallest sprinkle ofcheese, pieces of onion skin and no croutons. French Onion soup is supposed to have a layer of cheese on top that you breakthrough, I couldn?t even find any in mine. & Please let?s discuss the prices .. 2 small sandwiches and a cup of soup comes outto $30+ and THAT?S the quality you?re giving to people? Get real. All the workers there are young kids who seem to have nomanagement direction to help guide them, there was no one over looking or helping them run things more smoothly, in fact in thepast several years I?ve been to this location I can?t say I?ve ever seen a manager actually present and if there has been Iwouldn?t have known based on how things run there. I wouldn?t waste any time or money visiting this location. Side Note- Itried the Panera Bread soups that are being featured in grocery stores and that was equally of low quality. Potatoes weren?teven cooked all the way through. They need to just get it together cause I don?t know whats going on with this company .. Worst experience ever. I ordered 2 pastries only to be told after the order was placed that they were sold out. They could not... replace them with anything because all other pastries were sold out as well. I also ordered a peach blueberry smoothie and itlooked nothing like what was on the picture. No purple color at all (no indication that any blueberries had been added to it). Irequested for my refund and asked the girl what happened. She apologized coldly and told me that's just how it looks. I repliedby saying 'no, that's not how it looks on the picture you have on the menu. Just my luck. I went to get my favorite meal. Napa almond chicken salad sandwich. Got my sandwich and it looked plain chicken... and Mayo. No almonds or grapes . So I asked this isn?t my order and they just threw some almonds on top. It was a man in redshirt which was different then all other workers . Worst location in the whole America. One day I get a stepped on sandwich, the next day I get a totally different sandwich from... the one I ordered (plain cheese sandwich instead of chipotle avocado chicken), another day I wanna order chips to my sandwichand get on the app that it's out of stock ( full of chips at the location ). This was my first time here. I got soup, and my daughter got the macaroni and cheese in a bread bowl. The food was very good,... but for the little bit of food we received, it was quite overpriced. I did sign up to get rewards so maybe eventually I?ll earnsome ?freebies? to balance things out. LOL! The baked goods looked delicious but we didn?t buy any on this trip. Sometimes the food is good and they do a lot of take out also. I think it's hit or miss with the food. I ate at this place a... couple times and I'm tired of them being out of supplies like croutons for the soup or butter for the bread. One last thing Ididn't find the employees to be that nice or happy, someone needs to teach the workers to smile a little. The lady I treated tolunch there did not like the food and the price was over $30 for lunch for 2 people. Read more
