Worse ever customer service by not only employees but Manager as well. My order took more than 1 hours and once I called the... onsite Manager was so rude and ask for the cancellation. Ordered a pizza for pickup and when I came in to get I was told it wasn?t ready even tho I waited 30 min and was told it was... ready for pickup. Sat around waiting for and and when I asked for an update the workers were being unprofessional and talking toeachother and not giving me an answer. 20 min later when I asked again they tell me that they gave my pizza to someone else andwhen I asked them how long it would take them to make me a new one they were avoiding the question and not explaining thesituation. Finally hour after I had ordered they gave me the pizza and didn?t explain or at least say they were sorry for thewait. They could of at least told me sorry or checked on my order instead of having me wait around for no reason. Wouldn?t comehere ever again :( Read more
This facility is now under new management. The pizza preparation is good. My family enjoys the pizza everytime we order from... here. I always order online and this facility updates the 'track pizza' feature correctly unlike the facility in Trevose whonever follow it. Read more
Out of the last four orders I placed online all four were wrong. Three orders I placed were supposed to receive drinks, no... drinks. Placed an order for a plain pizza received a pepperoni and sausage pizza, didn?t dare to send it back and re-try again.Don?t know what to do I like Papa John?s Pizza there?s no other one close enough to me that delivers .However I?m really gettingfrustrated and tired of these orders the way they come in. I?ve ordered from this papa johns a few times. Good food. However, tonight my delivery driver (his name was Cutter) went ABOVE... and BEYOND for us! Our food was hot, fresh, and he Was the first delivery driver we?ve had from this location that actually gaveus extra garlic sauce! He was pleasant and sweet, and takes pride in his job. I miss the old staff the new don't know how to make a pizza and the manager is very rude. They over cooked my pizza from the top... and inside felt raw. I called the store to complaint and the manager said I made that pizza by myself. It's seem to me they areusing one size for all dough for the their pizza. No matter what's the size medium large or extra large they just use one size.If you order medium they will use extra large dough and give it large pizza time it will over cook it from the top but won'tcook it inside but the manager doesn't listen to me so no more papa jones from this location BE AWARE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEYHERE Read more
