I contact the Pizza Hut to ask can they add blue cheese to my order for my wings that I ordered thru Doordash. Will the Store... Manager gave me a hard way to go for a .80 packet of Blue Cheese. I told him they don't give you the option on Doordash. I askedfor his manager number and he refused . It makes me wonder the reason he gave me the hardway go is because I am AfricanAmerican. Ordered thin and crispy and stuffed crust. The food was hot, tasted great, and the staff friendly. No issues or complaints.
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I am very upset. I called to order 64 wings, a large pizza, 8 sauces, and 15... breadsticks. There was something wrong with everything in this order. The wings were BONE DRY, the pizza was also bone dry, themarinara sauce was basically ketchup mixed with 80% water, and the sauces never came in the order. We ordered three differentflavored wings, and when we called to ask why there was no sauce or flavor on them, we were told they only add one scoop ofsauce per 8 wings. This is absolutely absurd!! We spent $120, and we had dry food with no sauce. When we called to ask forsomeone to drive out the sauce or for a refund we were told they will not drive the sauce out because that would be under the$15 minimum??even though we just spent $120 on our original order. There was no solution and no real accommodation, for a placeas big as Pizza Hut, I?d expect a lot more. I will never be ordering from this establishment again. Read more

1130/22 - excellent service this date. Ordered On the app; delivery person was able to follow directions and food was hot; plus,... it was delivered in a reasonable time frame. ************* Pizza arrived 15 minutes earlier than predicted. I got what Iordered the way I ordered it and I could communicate with the driver easily and he was able to follow directions. Much betterexperience than the last one I had with another national chain. Read more
