They're great. The service is solid and quick. Very clean restaurant and pleasant staff. Hoagies are the best of any chain out... there and better than most independently owned delis/sandwich shop. Read more

Quality and Quantity have gone way downhill. Wonder if this is by design by the owner? Really skimpy with the meats and cutlet... sandwiches are usually burnt and dry. Normally I don't like posting negative comments but the last 5 orders we're eitherincorrect or just poor quality. Sad to what was a great place. Has anyone else noticed the cookie cutter responses from theowner? Should tell you all you need to know about the attitude towards his customers. Love primos have been getting it for my family every Friday for last 3 years or so I go to the 1 on street rd in bensalem , the... staff is great always very friendly and helpful, they always double check the order before handing it over , food os alwaysincredibly fresh , rolls are amazing , can't say enough about this spot , wish more places were this exceptional!!!
