We used Redhouse to feed our Bridal partys on the day of our wedding. The breakfast sandwiches are incredible and everyone... commented on how great they were. We also got a pastry tray which was well worth the $35 and was loaded with Tasty sweets. Richfrom Redhouse was incredibly helpful in figuring out what we needed, giving us a great price and getting everything set up. Redhouse is 5 out of 5 stars everyday but also with their catering! Waited for over an hour for an online pickup as everyone who came in after us received their food before us. Took me asking them... when it will be ready to get my food. Still waited for 20 minutes after. And when i got home i realized i hadn?t even gotten theright order. Read more
Here's my experience at Redhouse. Ordered a sandwich, bagel with lox and home fries online. It's 45 mins later and I'm still... standing here waiting with several other frustrated customers. I've already watched 3 people leave and come back in because theywere missing items in their order. 1 woman had a completely wrong order. As I'm typing this one guy who finally received hisonline order had to go and get his own drink that was on the order as they just gave him his food portion of the order. Iunderstand waiting on what may be good food TBD but this is beyond reasonable. Just got home. This is a JOKE. This is the Novalox??? 1 tiny sliver? Horrible. Downgrading from a 2 ? to 1 ?. AMAZING!!! They have a Cannoli bagel that is the Best thing I've ever tasted but ALL their food is Amazing!! Best customer... Service. Love Decor inside and there's a play area for the kids, so Mom and Dad can enjoy their meals. Definitely 5 Stars!! Read more

While the bagels are awesome the service is absolutely unforgivable. Yes they have posted a sign that says we are short... staffed to help with expectations but tell me why it takes 40 mins to make 2 sandwiches and scores of people who ordered behindme (did not advance order) got theirs well before mine.
