Friendly quick clean and efficient, however it?s annoying we can have our dressing mixed in and with these new eco friendly... bowls it makes it hard to do it yourself? probably a new standard across the board for salad works. Everything getting moreexpensive for less and less. Read more
Staff weren?t very friendly but I also would be not enthusiastic at 5:30pm on a Tuesday at a Saladworks.
Nice variety of big salads. Fresh ingredients. Love the warm rolls.
I revised to 5 stars. They raised prices and stopped mixing. However, this is the best Saladworks around and I eat here almost... every day. The employees are awesome too. At first I was annoyed they stopped mixing but this particular Saladworks is soconsistent and so well ran I am never disappointed and I can always shake the salad inside the container so no big deal anymoreover the lack of mixing the dressing. Makes we want to open a saladworks franchise. Read more
This is the only location still refusing to mix the salads the staff claims none of the locations do but the one just down the... road does they also claimed it?s because they don?t have the staff so I asked what?s the difference if I ordered a salad vs awrap if you mix it for my wrap ?? It doesn?t require an additional staff member to mix the salad ??????? Never offered a rollor drink and since they refuse to mix the salad I have to PAY for extra dressing so I know there?s enough after an hour and manydishes of trying to mix the damn thing myself Either go back to mixing the salads or provide bigger bowls to make it easier toshake and mix and don?t charge for extra dressing !!!!! I haven?t been to a saladworks in awhile so i needed to study the menu, i felt so rushed by the employees, and the service was... barely mediocre. I was never offered a roll or a drink, i finally asked for a few bottled drinks but again felt rushed when iwas trying to decide what i wanted. Oh the lettuce was not good at all, i wish i could?ve asked for something fresh but judgingby the service i received at first i didn?t want to ?bother? them again. Just to add, it was not busy at all, and i know timesare tough but being nice goes a long way! Sadly, we won?t return. Read more
I was so disappointed to learn that this location doesn?t offer any sort of recycling services - let alone dine-in reusable... serve ware. The waste generated by this location in a day must be astounding! All salads are served on #1 recyclable plates andthey all wind up in the trash. I am doing my part and taking my recyclable plate home with me so it enters the proper wastestream, and hope other guests will do the same!! I hope Saladworks as a whole will consider ways they can correct thisunnecessary waste of resources. I love your salads but will not support your business if this is how you treat our planet!
