The guy who answered the... phone (Kamran) was absolutely disrespectful to us and I am a regular customer (We travel 40 mins to go there). We ordered 2 Veg Biryanis , ohh one of the package we found 3 hairs. So we threw out the 2nd one. One more thing, you can easily... smell or taste Meat into a Veg Biryanis. Came for the lunch buffet and one of the first people upon opening Great ambiance and decor within the restaurant. The food is... excellently labeled so someone with food allergies (I am lactose intolerant) can avoid what they are allergic too. The dishesand utensils were also very clean. The waiter was very attentive and friendly and refilled water almost immediately. The foodselection was also large and freshly prepared. My only recommendation is to have something indicate whether a specific dish ismore spicy. As some were spicier than others and my wife and her cousin are quite weak to spice. Read more

Theyoften play Indian music videos which, along with knowledgeable and friendly staff, lays a foundation for an authentic Desidining experience. We have become regulars at their Tuesday dinner buffet. Their large spread features a minimum of five meatdishes and plenty of vegetarian options. The complimentary naan made fresh and has the perfect texture and taste. This samequality and variety is present at their weekend lunch buffet which often adds an additional sizzling dish or two. Whethervisiting the buffet or dining ala carte Shagun stands out for the bold flavors, spices, and aromas. The staples, like tikkamasala, saag, and biryani, are outstanding, flavorful versions of dishes we?ve tasted numerous times. Meanwhile, their chef isconstantly creating aromatic, tasty dishes we?ve become addicted to. Definitely worth a visit for lunch or dinner.
