Woman at counter was aggressive and unwelcoming. When asked about product the woman respond that the prices on the board were... incorrect. She scam me. I paid 5$ for a SMALL ice cream in a plastic cup. The milkshakes tastes like soup water and we?re 7$Each small. Great service and very good price for nestle brand cookies. Same quality of cookies are double the price at nestle toll house.... Me and my wife bought ice cream and chocolate chip cookies yesterday from this place and my wife was so happy with the qualityand taste. Absolutely rude and horrible service. My aunt and husband order 6 pretzels and several drinks, totaling in $19 when we took a... break from birthday shopping for our 13 yr old daughter today. They waited over 20 minutes while the rude woman cooked thepretzels since she didnt have any ready. Once she finally finished cooking them, she threw them in bags and had no napkins orany mustard. I walked back over with my daughter since my aunt and husband are both disabled and asked for napkins only to getscreamed at since I was not a customer and she has had a thousand customers all day and she hasn't sold just 6 pretzels toanyone all day and my daughter was yelled at as well. I had to have my daughter go over to my aunt to get the receipt to provepurchase. I was so upset. When we were leaving, my husband walked over to her and all she could say was I so sorry I dont knowshe lie to me. I went to neshaminy's management office and put an official complaint in.
