So I ordered from here on 10/31/22 and then posted this "I ordered a cheeseburger with everything BUT ketchup. I received a... cheeseburger with ONLY ketchup. I just don't understand how you can mix this up...shm. The soup I ordered was supposed to bechicken noodle, what I received was a cup of chicken broth and lots of vegetables.....again SHM :-( " And just today (a fewminutes ago) I received a voice message from a woman demanding that I call them back to tell them why I requested a refund. Shestated that if I DON'T call them back they won't deliver here again. Well first of all I have no intention on ordering fromthere ever again but if I was, I wouldn't anymore after the phone call. Continuous horrible experiences. Ordered a Gyro with extra Gyro sauce. When I opened the bag with the order there was no extra... sauce OR sauce on the sandwich. I'm only a few blocks away so I went back to get the sauce with the receipt. She (owner?)insisted the sauce was on there and that she does not make mistakes. There was no sauce. Charged me 50 cents for sauce eventhough I was previously charged for the extra sauce on the original receipt. Horrible customer service from the cashier/owner. Read more
Seems like the person at front counter does not like what they do, very bad attitude. Restaurant should have the option of over... the phone, but they wont take the time take your order if you call. Read more
To the owner, I think you need to work on hospitality, perhaps running the orders out to the tables. It's messy when you have 10... people standing around trying to get their food. Otherwise fanatic food for the money can't beat it! Always great service here.Just would like to see you take more initiative during lunch rush. Read more
Ordered online after calling and the owner pushes ordering online. Once picked up, or was not right as the website, also per... prior reviews, was incorrect. When I asked about my order and accuracy, she denied packing it and wanted to take noresponsibility. I feel sorry for this place as it is going down hill and will now longer be a place to go to after living intown for over 20 years. Better off going to Korner House or Woody's. Read more
Cashier complaining that the new hire was a no show. Then the rolling of the eyes went I was look at the menu. I understand... that mange a restaurant but be professional. I bought a steak sandwich. It was small and over priced for my opinion. Love yourresponse so sad to see all your family work was a waste. This response answer why you are short staffed. Best luck. Read more
