Wrong order, slimy turkey.
They were nice and made the sandwich exactly as the recipe said.
It's always something with this place. Either they forget part of the order, don't ring it in properly or they are rude. To be... some what fair, it's just a bunch of kids working here, so I blame their parents, and management. Stay safe out there. Read more
Came to pick up order at 5:45, they close at 6, front door was locked and a could see a guy inside behind the counter. I called,... no answer, the guy inside was ignoring me. some nasty dirty "man" named bofa who claims to be the manager of this location made several sandwiches wrong and we were... missing sandwiches on a order that was placed. I tried calling 7 times before finally walking over there since no one wasanswering the phones. I get there to see all the phones off the hook and the place was dirty. Bofa immediately became defensivewhen i explained the problem and said he is not making me anything because he made everything personally. I said fine thenrefund my order for the missing items and he said no I will do that tomorrow. Really? He literally just stole from me! Make sure you tip! The staff at this Jimmy John's is seriously the best I've ever been to. Got home and realized there was NO MEAT & NO AVOCADO on my Beach Club sandwich!?! Never happened to me before!! Crazy lol
