Honestly the best place I've been for Chinese food. I'm used to the food around Chicago the city, and this place is probably... the most spot on place. Everyone else lacks spices or flavors, but this place does both perfectly. I recommend this place toeveryone. Came here after an attempt down the street at another Chinese cuisine, but they had no indoor dining available. The owner came... out, very friendly, and chatted with us for nearly ten minutes. Gave us recommendations, told us his history of being a chef fora big chain in downtown Chicago 5 years prior to opening this location in 2019. Prices are a bit high, but expected with beingso close to the airport and being in Crook County. Food came out fast, very hot! The taste was excellent and the portions wereon the larger side. Very friendly owner and delicious food! Ordered chicken and broccoli and a large wonton soup. Fried rice was delicious and very... flavorful. Chicken and broccoli was fresh and the chicken wasn't the rubbery chicken you find at other places! Price was fairfor the portion on the lunch special. Bing, the owner and head chef and owner of Rose's Chinese restaurant, is a gourmet quality chef, and all his dishes, that I've... had are awesome! My only complaint is that I never been here before! And that is TRUE! Immediately when walking into the beautiful restaurant it... was clean and smelled amazing! (The outside was even presentable) Even better the owner Bing greeted and held a conversation andmade my first time there unforgettable! The food was so fresh, hot and delicious!! It was clearly made to order and was madefresh less than 15 minutes! I enjoyed every bit of it!! Their crab ragoon was stuffed and you can tell it is all freshingredients..It means a lot when you can go into a place for a first time and it just be a fantastic experience with the qualityof the food to back it up!! I'm from Houston and I love Chinese food, we got to the restaurant and were scarce of what to order, but ordered pepper steak,... shrimp, shrimp fried rice and more! All of it was great, real talk! Another thing was great also was how fast the order was done(unbelievably fast) 5 minutes or so, and the owners were very nice and friendly like we've been knowing each other!
