I stopped by here tonight and picked up 2 foot longs. This place is probably the cleanest subway I have ever been to. The trays... of meat and vegetables were nicely set up and clean. Terrible Subway. They have a giant sign saying 1499 foot-long?s all day. Then after you order 2 foot longs they tell you that... none are included in the deal. It does not say which sandwiches are included in the deal. What?s even worse is that when I askedthe lady which sandwiches are included in the deal, she rattled off in another language both lady started laughing and she saidnothing that you ordered which is pretty confusing because I ordered two of the cheaper sandwiches. Made the saddest skimpiest footlong I've ever seen in my ~15 years and wanted to charge me extra for veggies that are free of... charge in any other subway. Terrible, by far the worst experience at any establishment EVER. Ordered 3 subs for delivery on the subway app only got 1. No... big deal it happens, checked the app no way to get any help, says to contact the store?ok? I call the store and I?m met with theworst, most Vile, and RUDE lady i have ever had the misfortune of having to encounter, named MINDY. To make a long story short,and I wish this was an exaggeration, when I called it was nothing but ?I don?t know? and ?I can?t do anything about it? Eventowards the end when asked for her name her initial response was ?I don?t know? after asking multiple times ?you don?t know yourown name? You?re telling me you don?t know your own name??? I finally get ?mindy with and H? clearly this is a reoccurring issuehere with there service, here?s the kicker she called me back about 20minutes later asking if I was able to cancel the order(like if I had option on my end I would?ve wasted time going back and forth with her) and then asking me if I wanted her tocancel it. Bought a gift card from this location and when I attempted to redeem it for my purchase the staff said their system does not... accept gift cards. Extremely dissatisfied as a consumer and will no longer rely on subway to crave my hunger. I suggestcorporate addresses this issue immediately in order to maintain the brand quality. Read more
Made a mobile order with a few simple instructions. Did not add extra veggies or wrap each half of My footlongs separately.... Added a couple veggies (bell peppers and onions as pictured) I did not request and I had to pick them out. My wife is actuallyallergic to onions so had this order been for her, she would have gotten VERY sick. Read more
Worst subway ever. I wanted only onions and green peppers in my sub, lady put a little of both. Asked for more of it instead of... other veggies but she wanted to charge me extra. Never had any issue any other subway. Dont recommend this place. Read more
