Beware of this place. My 17 year old daughter went in and ordered 3 footlong sandwiches. She said they were going to be separate... orders which they lady started with an attitude. They were out of spinach which seems to be an ongoing problem. The lady seemedto be bother by doing her job while making the sandwiches. Then when my daughter was going to pay she told her cash only no cardwhich was not posted anywhere. Then She gave her a total without even ringing it up on the register (so you know where thatmoney was going) $38 for three sandwiches. I hate when placed take advantage of younger kids. Scammers wiring here. Lady claimed the register was updating and couldn't use it so charged me $10 a sandwich. After waiting so... long for my food then to argue with her about the price, I just left and will be calling to complain. I wish I could leave zero stars. I waited in line and ordered my sandwich for 20mins during a busy lunch line. When I got to the... front and tried to use a coupon wait - FROM SUBWAY - she refused and said my rotisserie chicken is not covered by my coupon. Shesaid all the subway owners know that this particular coupon cannot be used with rotisserie chicken. I said it?s not listed withthat restriction on the coupon and asked how I was supposed to know that. She said she didn?t know and refused my coupon. So Iwalked out and left the sandwich there. Now I?m at the Elmhurst subway where they accepted my coupon for the same rotisseriechicken sandwich. This location has terrible customer service. Two thumbs down. Woman working there is rude and does a lousy job making the sandwiches. Literally put two spinach leaves on it. When I politely... asked for more she groaned. Terrible job folding the sandwiches. Limited sauce selection, which isn?t her fault but she wasangry when I asked for two sauces they didn?t have. This location is so weird. The lady working on Sunday 11/14/2021 during the pm basically tried to cheat me out of my money. She... was using her airpod to talk on the phone the entire time. I ordered a regular salad with chicken. She charged me $9.99 whichwas weird. I walked out forgot my receipt after giving her $10 bill came back in for my receipt and it stated $6.35 for thesalad. Now the chicken was not added onto the receipt and that was a concern. She stated the button was broken to add chicken.She kept randomly pointing to the menu saying it?s there for the chicken. No, it wasn?t. She then gave me chips and a drink forfree and said she was going to pay with her own money. She also took my receipt to ?show the boss?. It was weird. A saladdoesn?t cost $9.99.
