The worst place I pumped gas in my truck went inside to get receipt and the guy behind the disk with lady they couldn?t give me... receipt they said it didn?t go through and then they locked me for over 30 minutes and start telling me I can?t leave the gasstation and they had me on cameras start treating me like a thief when I went inside to get the receipt!!!!!!! Thornton?s gas station didnt made pepper jack cheese taqitos for morning and food service manager refuse to sell even if I wait... for the taqitos they cook in microwave or Owen. Thornton?s food manager said no, while she was having chat with other food prepperson. and said comeback in lunch time. Food manager should help out customer even when I am waiting and willing to pay for myfood. Very bad service. Read more
Sign out front said 5.49, but the price at the pump was 5.89. They said they couldn't change it in the store.
I just about got my head bit off when I asked if I could have a hamburger instead of a cheeseburger. I understand that the store... has policies and they don't want to add a remove anything from their food but don't talk sideways at me just because I asked tospeak to a manager. The worst Thornton I've ever been. The management should be ashamed. I have been a truck driver for 19 years and this is the one... of the worst truck stops in USA on my list. I was at this location twice. The 1st time was leaking diesel from the fuel pumpsand whole yard was in fuel. My 2nd time, half of the fuel pumps didn't work with extremely bad truck traffic. Both times theydon't mark the pumps which don't work with orange cones. And there is no soap and paper towel in the men's washroom. This placeif it's called truck stop should be closed. Read more
