Normally I give Bojangles a very high rating but this specific location On 10 8 22 Their service was extremely bad the manager... wanted her employees to jump at her command while she stood around doing nothing when we ordered our food we watched it getprepared then just sat on the counter it seemed like 10 minutes getting cold because nobody could multitask. Usually pretty good. The food is always good, sometimes the women working putting the orders together are not very "friendly".... The people cleaning the lobby are very nice. Read more
I've been to this location 3 times. Two of those times they were out of something I ordered. Once it was tea, this last time it... was cole slaw. Either they don't order well or I'm just really unlucky. Read more
Went to Bojangles last night and ordered the family feast. Got home and didn't have any of the chicken strips or the sauces. It... was late and I don't live close so I called and the girl had me write her name on the receipt. I went back today and asked for amanager and told her the situation. She asked who I talked to and I showed her my receipt. They were busy and it took foreverbut I understood. What for me the most was the rudeness of the one older lady and her attitude towards the employee and herremarks towards customers in general. When I had originally ordered, I just asked for a variety of sauces because I didn't knowwhat they wanted. Apparently the original lady that took my order put two of each sauce. So when the younger employee waspacking the bags, the older employee started yelling at her for giving so many sauces and then made the remark that there wasonly 12 strips and you didn't need that many sauces and that customers for something else thinking they could have all thesesauces. First, I didn't ask for that many sauces and second she should not be speaking that way in front of customers aboutcustomers and thirdly she should not be yelling at her employee in front of customers. Best Dirty Rice ever, along with that famous Cajun chicken filet biscuit (perfect biscuit: crispy and buttery outside and fluffy... inside!) It appeared to be very busy with a long line outside but the service was fast and efficient. Very friendly young ladytaking the orders! Great experience! Read more
This place is advertising nice plump chicken sandwiches and then giving people this nasty flat as a pancake filet. The bun is... stale also who eats the end of a tomato??? This is not the first time I have gotten it like this its every time. Read more
Every time I go to this bojangles my food is either missing items, fries are not cooked fully, or I?m being charged for items... (large drink or fry) that I didn?t ask for!!! This is ridiculous! I can?t believe y?all want $15 an hour but can?t make a simpleorder correctly? Save those raises for people with common sense please :-) Read more
Soooooo excruciatingly slow. I waited in line about 30 minutes with only 6 or so people ahead of me. No seasoning on my fries.... Food was luke warm. Uggghh Read more
