Will deliver to my neighbors and houses further than us to the store, but will not delivery to us (newer build). This store is... about 4 miles from us- we had a terrible shift at the hospital and wanted an easy dinner, they took my whole order for deliverythen called back and said never mind we aren?t going to deliver to your address. Usually, we can call to order but now- they arerefusing to even deliver over the phone. This is ridiculous- I have tried to be nice and this store is very unkind about thesituation. Talked to the manager and they said it doesn?t matter how close we are they will not deliver, despite being about 7minutes from the store and they don?t care about the loss of orders this causes. We ordered pretty often for delivery forparties but Dominos has been very clear they don?t want any ones business. Response to the owner: So you decreased your range?Makes no sense if you?d Ike to increase sales. Having a mobility issue makes curb side pickup a necessity for me. Went inside ordered, paid and then used curbside. Really... appreciated them bringing it out. Good food and good service. Read more

Poor quality & horrible costumer service! I placed a delivery at 6:24 PM and didn't receive my food until 8:26 PM. My pizza and... wings were both cold. Wings had hardly any sauce on them and my pizza looked like it had been brake checked into the diversfloorboard. After speaking to the very rude store manager that cut me off mid talk to give me a slogan she then responded with"what do you want; a refund or the food remade?" I asked for the refund of course "I did't want to wait another 2 hours for coldfood" to which she said "it'll be refunded in 2-5 days and hung up in the middle of my thank you. This dominos location is prejudice, inconsiderate and unprofessional. Not only did the night shift manger ?Jen? ( I put a Jen in... quotation because the person was hesitant to giver there name as the reporting manger, when they finally did Jen was the namethey gave) lie about when the food would be prepared and out for delivery but the manger made claims that after the food sat outfor 30-40 mins the food would still be ?hot? once delivered. I waited for a total of an 1 and 30 mins for food I was told wouldbe prepared and delivered within 40mins max. When I called for an update Jen was rude, cut me off several times mid sentence andwas completely inconsiderate of my time. When I requested for the food to either be remade for the wait or refunded the mangerJen became enraged and hung up. I called back and the manger told me my order would be refunded at 12:00pm (I placed the otherat 10:30pm). The store at this location closes at 1:00? there aren?t an array of restaurants open this late so it was upsettingto me that I was forced to spend even more money at another location. Because the manger was lazy, inconsiderate and prejudice.This is my fifth bad experience at this location. The staff is a reflection of the manger and the mangers are a reflection ofthe owner and operator. I will never spend another dime at this location and I will urge all that will listen to spend a pennyat the disgraced establishment. There has been several occasion where the owner/operator was made none of the poor customerservice, indecent demeanor and nasty attitudes displayed by their staff and management especially at night and the operator hasdone nothing to rectify or amend anything. I filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office and I pray those that arerunning into the same issue follow suit. I have worked in service/retail industry for over 20 years. This Dominos is hands down the cleanlenis, produtive, efficiant, and... overall GREAT PEOPLE ON STAFF! I highly recomend this location to anyone. Worth every penny!!! Read more
