We ordered food from here for pick up. A Stromboli, a salad, and a ravioli dish for our child. We got the food home and the... salad is missing the dressing and instead of getting ravioli we got fried ravioli. My son can?t eat that. I called up there tolet them know and the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude and could care less. I?m the middle of me telling her sheput me on hold without telling me she was doing so, then when she finally came back to the phone all she has to say was ?sorryabout that.? On top of that the food was lukewarm. Normally I would forgive the temperature of the food especially since we didpick up but we will not be going back there solely based on the lack of customer service. Read more

I have been eating here for years and all has been 5 stars. I am sitting in parking lot now writing this review. I went in and... told kitchen is backed up. I agreed to wait ten minutes. Hostess wouldn?t seat me or take a drink order to let me wait to makeorder. I?ll never come back. She wanted me to leave and wait ten minutes . PS. Went to this restaurant at the advice of the hotel and was extremely disappointed. One party was in front of me and I had to... wait 10 minutes just to be acknowledged by anyone. Kicker is, there were only two tables in the place actually seated at thetime and we were still ignored. After I was seated, I had to get someone?s attention just to take my order. This isunderstandable if a place is busy, but they were only four table set at this point. Ridiculous! The waitress took my order andthen never came back with a drink. I had to flag down a different waitress to actually get a drink. The waitress was handing methings over the wall. Too lazy to even walk around to the table. Ha ha ha. Apparently service is a chronic problem at thisplace. I could hear the manager chewing out one of the employees that didn?t show up to work. He was doing this in front of theentire restaurant. The food was average. Frozen mozzarella sticks and bland spaghetti. You would think this would be aspecialty at an ?Italian? restaurant. Apparently not! The decor is drab and dingy. My partner and I visited this restaurant for the first time today. It took awhile for us to be seated, despite there being open... tables, but once we were seated we were very quickly served and the wait staff was very attentive. We ordered garlic knots, a14? pizza, and a side salad each. The salad was nice, fresh, and crisp. The garlic knots were absolutely delicious, especiallydipped in the marinara sauce that was served with them. The pizza came out shortly after (honestly much quicker than I expected)and was very good. I?m not usually one for thin crust, but it was very well done. It was crisp and held together well while wewere eating. The sauce was delicious and there wasn?t so much piled onto the pie that the crust couldn?t hold up. This was our first time visiting Jordana?s, and it was simply amazing! Staff was great! Very friendly, helpful, super nice! Our... waitress even gave us a menu to take with us and a magnet with their phone number! The food was amazing! We got garlic knots,mozzarella sticks, pizza fries, and the biggest BEST pizza I?ve ever seen or had! The marinara sauce was was awesome, andthey?re freshly made ranch was the bomb! The food came out perfectly timed after our appetizers. Waitress was VERY friendly and attentive. We had stuffed shells,... lasagna, fried mushrooms and Greek salad. All of the food tasted good. Lots of meat in the lasagna. Shells were fully stuffed.Everything seemed fresh not frozen. Didn?t have that runny water look frozen food has. Greek salad was crispy fresh. I think wehave finally found a restaurant with that upscale look and taste we?ve been looking for. It?s a pleasant break from the friedEVERYTHING of small southern town cuisine.
