Never again. Took forever milkshake left out to melt for 20 mins before bringin it out. Unorganized and run down and slow. They let people order and then after waiting 20 minutes to pay, they tell you their payment... system is down and they accept cash only. I have no problem with that but inform you when you pull up to the window. Don't takethe order and then have you wait 20 minutes to finally get up to the window to tell you their computers are down. Inform thecustomers before you order. Idiots Read more
I keep trying to give this location a chance, they have been slow but accurate. I ordered a Big Mac, and I got the bun meat and... lettuce correct. But there random tomato?s, no Mac sauce, no cheese, and piled high with diced onions. If the staff can?t makeMcDonald?s staple burger correctly, there?s a huge problem and major coaching needs to happen. Read more
I am sad this is the closest Mcdonalds to my house. I am gonna start going further away after I have given this location so many... chances. I have always had to ask for no salt fries in order to get them fresh. This is not mentioning that I usually wait over10 minutes to get my meal. Today they managed to give me old chewy no salt fries. I don't enjoy asking for my food to be fixedbut each time I come here I have to go back up to the counter and get something fixed, fresh fries or my burger to be maderight.....just not worth my hassle especially when they treat me like I am the problem my fries are old...this is really badbusiness. We come here often as it?s close to our house and we have a picky child. Orders usually right and for the most part they?re... fast! The employees are friendly but Ms. Anna is the best. I?m embarrassed how often we stop by for nuggets and fries and she?salways smiling and addresses me by name with the biggest smile!!!! Read more
It was around 2am all we ordered was 2 20 peace chicken nuggets. And they were fairly fast . So we get back on the road headed... home got 2hr left and no more than 5min back on the road we realize that the food I'd old and not even close to being hot .Didn't think you can go wrong with chicken nuggets. First time here. Drive through service only. Commuter passing by. Food #3, Quarter pounder meal was so unbelievably fresh and it... look like the real thing. I had to photograph. Great job McDonald's in this town. Too bad I had to eat in my vehicle. Read more
I went here consistently for about a year but I haven't been to this location in a while because they usually mess up mine or my... husbands order. I decided to give it another chance since its been like 2 months. At least their consistent with the fact thatthey can't make any order right. Don't go here but if you have to, check your bag (open your burgers and whatnot) even if theyassure you everything is in there. Read more
