This location is just off the I- 95 Benson exit. We ordered filet meal plus 1 extra filet I ordered cheeseburger meal No... ketchup, mustard I received an incorrect order Cheeseburger came with ketchup and mustard despite the the tag on thewrapper. Location was somewhat busy at 1:30 pm Bathrooms and lot were clean Dining room tables had not been wiped down, nor werethe chairs Order was prompt, just incorrect What I could view of the kitchen area was clean, no food etc on the floor Lookedwell staffed although there were plenty of help wanted signs posted, including a sign on bonus Read more
Went through the drive thru for breakfast for my husband and myself like we normally do, but this time there were a few issues.... I?m diabetic and allergic to cooked eggs. I ordered a cheese and bacon biscuit and a DIET Dr. pepper. My husband got a bacon eggand cheese McGriddle and a sweet tea. We get our food and there?s an egg on my biscuit and an extra biscuit that we didn?torder. I tried my drink and it was a regular Dr. Pepper and they didn?t even give my husband his sweet tea. The food was good, not great. The real problem is the coke machine. The one that you choose on a screen which drink you... prefer. What is wrong with the old machine? I watch elderly people trying to operate this machine and it's not funny at all. Most of the time someone ends up helping them. Please go back to the old machines. This McDonalds was slammed with customers both inside and drive threw, when we were there yesterday. The employees handled this... situation with professionalism, patience and smiles. They were in constant communication with each other to help the customersget their orders and correct drinks. Kudos to this team! Awesome job! Read more
This place is not open "24 hours" as they claim. They don't even offer drive-thru past 10pm. They have some convenient sign on... their drive throughs claiming that they are "short staffed and only open till 10pm". That sign has been up for over a year. Whatkind of McDonald's is only open till 10pm? Even the Dunn location is open past that. Even in a rural area, this is unacceptable.Either extend your hours past 10pm to at least 11-12am or stop false advertising. Read more
It's a pretty neat orderly inside. Me and my friend ordered in the restaurant because the drive thru was pretty long. The only... other time we came here was on Easter Sunday around and noon ajd obviously it was packed inside and out. This time we came itwas pretty much empty and the cashier was polite and took our order with no problems. There was a little long of a wait becauseof all the drive thru orders but our order was nice and warm when we finally got our food. Also I thought the inside designswere very pretty. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I'll continue to visit this McDonald's! Read more
