Worst Pizza Hut. They recalibrate their oven to cook pizzas at a quicker rate during peak times, resulting in under cooked... pizza. Staff told me this themselves. Don?t expect the crust to look like any of the photos they use to promote. The crust is sosoggy that my pizza slice falls apart before transferring it to a plate and I?m using 2 hands to do this. Couldn?t stomach thecheesy crust and this is usually my favorite from Pizza Hut. I?ve made this notice before and staff told me to request my orderto be cooked to well done. First few times I did this, the pizza was good, but it didn?t last. After giving them severalchances, I finally called to get a refund on ONE of the many orders that I received. No apologies, just excuses, and themanager stated, ?I cooked and sliced them pizzas myself and they looked well done to me.? Terrible! Their solution: drive thepizza back, and we?ll make you a new order. I?m exhausted from work. I?m not driving back. They gave me credit for a FUTUREorder. I payed $41 and they gave me $32. I tip at least 18% to 20% each time for terrible pizza and terrible service. My faultfor not opening the box before driving away. Cost of everything has gone up and I chose to spend my $41 dollars here. My fault!I won?t be going back to use my credit on a future order because it?s a waste of time and time is also money. I don?t waste foodeither, so my family still ate the pizza. The workforce is so lazy and we?ve all been trained to lower our expectations, butstill pay the increased prices. Read more
We order 2 hour late, Food was cold and tastes it horrible, I?m not sure why? Pizza Hut in benson has been pretty good in our... previous occasions. This review it not to diminish them. But to better Pizza Hut ways. When we order in the future. We canreview them in the future Be positive. Read more
Got takeout. Manager made all the difference. I had ordered online but my pizza had been given to another customer. Manager... remade my pizza and brought it out to my car. I appreciated her extra effort. Turned a frustrating situation into somethinggood. Read more

Pizza Hut in Benson delicious pizza but the finished product looks pretty disgusting well I have never have A bad experience... like this in any other Pizza Hut but I guess they?re rushing to make the orders in a sloppy fashion.
