I waited at the speaker for 6 mins, waited at the win for 5 mins. Just for then to take my money for 1 Mexican pizza and be told... to pull around to the front of the store. Been sitting here another 10 mins just for 1 Mexican pizza! This is ridiculous! Theyare trying to cheat the drive thru time they keep pulling people up. I will not be back. Terrible service. I hope my 1 Mexicanpizza is worth 20 minutes. Taco bell you need to do better. The one boy in drive thru was nice. Read more

Please note this latest review concerns the TB/KFC location on Hwy 210 in Benson, NC. Placed an order through TB mobile app and... got in drivethru line to pickup, as I have hundreds of times before. I waited 15 minutes in drivethru, only for employee toinstruct me at speaker to get out of line, drive around front and park, and go inside to pickup order. Well, I'm already indrivethru and have been for 15 minutes. There's only one other guest behind me, and it's just $2 burrito and $1 drink. So, I'mpicking up this order at the drivethru window, as I have been for years now. When I got to the window, cashier went into atirade about how mobile orders can't be picked up in drivethru. I promised him I would not return to bother this location againand asked if he could please just bring my order out to the window. He left, and a female employee told me no one would bring myorder to the window so I would have to go inside to get it. I asked her if we could just cancel the order and get a refund. Shesaid that they could not refund me in-store. The cashier had already checked my order in, so there was no way I could cancel itin app at this point. Employees had many opportunities to make this a positive experience, but instead chose at every turn tomake this visit slow, inconvenient, and tedious. This is my last TB experience. It's TacoBell, so expectations were alreadysuper low. But service can't get much more ridiculous when every visit there's an employee-caused problem that employees can'tbe bothered to solve. Every visit has been worse than the last. These locations around me are too trifling, and everydayexpenses are rising. Employees and management don't seem to care if I spend here anyway, so why continue? I had worked in foodservice for 7 years and never would've got away with treating customers like this. Read more

I am rating this particular Taco Bell pretty low due to service and wait times. Food is pretty typical Taco Bell quality, but I... have had a few incidents where it was pretty bad. You may be able to catch this spot with no wait and then your experience willbe much better. Overall, this place typically cannot handle more than two to three customers at a time without extended waittimes. I would drive off if you saw more than three people waiting in the drive-thru. Not sure if the dining area is opened yet,but it has been closed for a few years due to staffing shortage. Read more

Me and the wife used to come to this location to eat quite a bit. We stopped for a little over a year due to pour service. From... the very first day that this location opened we have never received our order correctly . We would have to wait twenty to thirtyminutes to get it corrected. Well tonight we decided to give this place another chance since it's been so long and we live soclose. Friends it has not changed one bit!!!!! My wife and I ordered in to sit and eat an guess what? Yes our order was wrongonce again and for the last time. While we were eating what was right with the order, there was customers with to go ordersreturning to the counter complaining of wrong or shorted orders. Well by the time my wife and I finished eating what was rightwith our order and ready to leave. The rest of our order was ready!!!! Go figure... To the franchise owner of this Taco Bell, Iam sorry my wife and I like to support our local business but we will not be returning to your establishment anymore. Thislocation has just lost two most likely life long customers. Read more
