On Veterans Day we went to the Benson Wendy's. No one responded at the drive-thru. Knocked on the pick-up window. Someone... finally came to the window with an attitude. She said she was alone and trying to find help. Read more
Been twice and have been highly disappointed each time. Staff ALWAYS has a bad attitude, makes you feel like you?re an... inconvenience. The inside isn?t open due to remodeling so only thing open was drive thru which they still couldn?t managesufficiently- line was wrapped around the building while several employees came out to take long smoke breaks and roll theireyes at the customer waiting in the drive through line. I don't care what kind of day you're having... when you're in a customer service industry just fake it if you have to and say... Thank You or Have a Nice Day. It's not hard. Just shoving my $12 burger at me and walking away from the window without a singleword (especially after I'm talking to and being very polite to you) is just plain rude. This review was after at least 3 badexperiences. Edit: Sunday 9.25.22 Changed from 1 to 5 stars because the staff today was awesome at order and both windows. Longline but they kept it moving and were so nice at the windows. Keep this crew. Thank you! Read more
The food is decent, but the employees are horrible. I?ve been at this Wendy?s multiple times within the last month or so. Two... times I saw employees fighting and calling each other stuff I cannot post. I don?t think the manager cares because I sure doknow the employees do not. Wendy?s has become a drama places instead of the decent food they had. Maybe after the finishremodeling the place they can hire new employees. Maybe I would give it a visit later on once they get a new manager and staff.Also this only happens during the Night Shift for some reason. Read more
Pulled into drive through at 8:20 for some tasty breakfast. Associate on the speaker said "We're having difficulties right now"... but didn't care to offer any explanation past that. Nothing like "Oh we are missing staff to operate" or "We can startfulfilling orders in 20 minutes". Just wanting Wendys corporate to know they are paying staff at this location to not servefood. Good burger, but the lettuce could have been cut up. Also while there was a lid to the frosty, it makes sense, but it could have... been better. The lid as it was was a little to small. Good service otherwise, other than the fact there there was adisproportionate number of signs for 6 feet. 1 every other table is fine, if not take the chairs. Read more
I ordered a family nugget which is a 50 piece nuggets and when I got home I counted them and there was only 30 nuggets in the... container. And multiple times I've witnessed the management and employes outside while there was a line full of cars waiting toget food and there was only 1 or 2 employees inside the restaurant. Read more
