Food was good service was fast food was hot parking lot was clean inside the restaurant was clean The only problem is the... employees stand back and have conversations using curse words not my type of establishment for a family maybe they didn'trealize there was customer sitting in the dining room but just beware if you take young kids they might hear something likethat. 4 Stars basically because I am comparing it to other Burger Kings in the area. The speed of service, quality of food, and... accuracy are superior to the Belle Vernon & Rostraver locations of this franchise. Do they forget things? Sometimes. Are theorders always accurate? Nope. Is the food always amazing and warm? Unfortunately it is not. However, check your bag while atthe restaurant. Just pull into a space. Then if you courteously address the staff, they will replace the item with nohesitation. Even if they do not agree with your judgment of quality. I have witnessed an individual being threatened by amanager at another BK over old fries. So, I appreciate that I've never seen more than an eye roll, sigh, or comment after thecustomer left here. Thus, more decorum than most places. Honestly, it should be a 3 star review, but often times they areseverely understaffed, and still try their best. I appreciate their level of customer service.
