Would give a negative 5 star if possible. They are supposed to be open 24 hours. I ran out of driving hours about 6am and... stopped here for my 10hr break. Came inside to a CLOSED subway with a sign saying open 7am-10pm. Went to my truck to sleep acouple hours and come back for a bite to eat. Go inside 10:15am. And they are CLOSED AGAIN!!! they said will open at 11:30 or 12for lunch.. what the heck is going on. Can't even come here to eat because they just stay closed and open once in a blue moon.Absolute garbage of a subway. Just go somewhere else if you can amd save you're time. Read more
Honestly this doesnt even deserve 1 star they had literally nothing refused to cut up vegetables took over 45mins to make 2 out... of 4 sandwhiches and then refused to get a manager when we asked and afyer another 10mins the manager stormed out cussing us outand threw the vegetables into the food bin and stormed off and thrn screamed as loud as she could in the backroom honeslty thisplace is a joke Read more
My husband ordered me a 6 inch spicy Italian with light dressing & lettuce & tomato. I ended up with zero lettuce & tomato & the... sandwich was literally dripping with dressing. Does nobody pay attention anymore? VERY UNSATISFACTORY. And nobody cares! Read more
This location is ridiculously slow and it took me over 35 minutes to get 4 sandwiches. Most of this time there was only 1... employee for the whole place. 3 customers behind me ended up walking out. They said they were low on bread (seriously?) and Ialways get oven roasted chicken and they were out of that. None of my coupon codes worked because this particular store doesn?thonor them. The toasted sandwiches were cold and hard and the steak and cheese were so salty they were barely edible. For what Ipaid and how long it took I literally could have went somewhere and had someone sit on me for less time and less money. Sadlythere?s not many options in this town and this is the worst. This Place was out of literally EVERYTHING tn!!! Not real sure how they stayed open.I ordered a chicken bacon ranch?oh no we are... Out of bacon,out of Italian herb n cheese bread.what kind of cheese would u like??? Went in to get lunch for wife. There was an Arab truck driver in front of me in line as we were standing there 3 more of his... inconsiderate friends walked in and jumped the line . None of them spoke English . It took 20 minutes for staff to accomodatethem. Staff is rude .I'll never enter that store Again. Being a local they should be respectful and courteous of people inline. Supposed to be open, but no one in sight. Food box open with flies flying around. Everything is dirty from the make ready table... to the knives. Even the oven tray was nasty. The manager here must be an idiot to let it go like this. I've never seen one sofilthy, and i travel the country and eat subway constantly. This is trashy because the trashy people runs this subway. If this location is even open at all they rarely have the ingredients to make the basic subs. We've tried to go there several... times in the last few months and it's either not open at all, they only have Italian bread, or they don't have half the thingsfor the sandwiches. For being in a truck stop and supposed to be 24 hours I'm not even sure why this location even existsanymore. They refuse to do the online ordering like every other location does. For as many truck drivers that come through therethey deserve a reliable place to eat anytime of the night. This subway isn't it. Total missed opportunity for a lot of money.For someone like me who lives within 2 miles of this location we opt to drive to the location inside West Brownsville Walmart ifwe really want Subway.
