The service was actually really amazing, there was a trainee and the trainee was on top of things. The only issue we had was... with the actul waitress. Our wrap was not cut, just kind of torn in half, so everything was all over the plate. Also the saladwe ordered didn't have any dressing. When we mentioned it to the main waitress, they just said sorry and walked to anothertable. I had to ask the trainee to bring me salad dressing again and finally got some. Lol I understand everyone is hard onhelp these days, so I'm trying to understand. Read more
The entire restaurant is at 49 degrees, it was so cold... made it hard to enjoy the food, even the waitresses were putting... sweaters on. Also, very dark lighting and every TV is sports, nothing else. The food was slightly undercooked on the fries butthe clubhouse sandwich was great. Read more
Went in for lunch with some friends. Sat at the bar because they wanted a drink. The place was dead when we walked in. (11am... on a Monday) The bartender never even brought me a menu. I noticed there was 1 other waitress and a manager. The other waitresswas sitting at a table with the manager eating. The place got a few tables which all appeared to be seated in the sectionwithout a waitress. The bartender took them on. She was WAY over worked. The other waitress acted like she didn't even seepeople over there. Everyone was waiting on refills or needing something. I ordered the Alfredo pasta with chicken strips sincethe menu seemed to be very limited. Huge mistake. The alfredo tasted more of water than anything. That poor bartender wasworking her tail off with NO help. I watched that manager and other server literally sit there and watch her sink. This explainsthe quality of food I was served. I left her a very nice tip since it wasn't her fault. This is the 3rd chance I have given thislocation and i WILL NOT be back. They have actually gotten worse. Food was great. Service was great. Only complaint is the beer cheese with the pretzels isn't very good but they also give you a... honey mustard that is good. I'll be back sooner than later. Read more
Wish I could give five stars but can't. Kelly was on the spot with refills, very nice. All you can eat wings were very good. The... problem is the smell. Very musty. And there was black mold on some of the ceiling tiles! Management, I hope you read this andfix these things. You should be five stars after that. Read more
I really enjoyed my experience at the benton Applebees. The waitress was very nice and accommodating. The food was good. I got a... steak and added the grilled shrimp for 1.00. We also had appetizers. The nachos and onion rings were great. Read more
We came here for lunch and I can tell you we left so disappointed in this place. It was absolutely horrible!! We order the combo... appetizer and it was pretty good but when we ordered our entree and got it we couldn?t even eat it. The food was so bland andcold. I ordered my steak rare and it was hard as a brick. I?m so upset we wasted $60 at this place! I don?t know what it is withApplebee?s but they are all going down hill. What a waste of money Read more
