1st time eating at Chepe's. We ordered the Mexican corn and it was so good. The corn should have been a little warmer but still... delicious. The beef in our enchilada and tacos was nicely seasoned. I do prefer corn tortilla for enchiladas rather than flourbut still tasty. Crispy chips. Good prices and service. We will return when in the area. Read more

Not Tex-Mex, yet not authentic Mexican food. We ate there for lunch about a week ago. The place was clean and our waiter was for... the most part pleasant and quick to get our order and drinks. The music was so loud, we had a difficult time ordering. Thewaiter refused to ask the manager if the music could be turned down. He acted upset waving his hands and leaving; it was justkind of odd. The food was not good. Chips had a burnt taste as though they had been reheated. I ordered chicken enchiladas witha taco. I asked the waiter if it was crunchy or soft and said whatever you want and once again appeared agitated. I was broughtbeef enchiladas instead of the chicken and they were bland and the taco had overly spiced meat and no tomatoes. My husband hadsteak fajitas and it was tiny strips of beef but even so, he said it was dry and bland. He barely ate any of it and he didn'tget a to-go box. He said we won't be going back. One positive is they do have Diet DP and it tasted like Diet DP; so I did enjoymy drink. Read more
I?ve been here a few times with my family. The first few times were okay nothing to complain about but this past time my sister... found a rubber band in her food. The rubber band looked like one used for braces. When we notified our server, she picked it upand threw it on the ground and laughed saying that?s the kind of day that she was having in front of her manager. The server wasreally nice other than that but she might?ve just been stressed out. My point in this was I would NOT recommend coming here. Thefood took FOREVER and was not that great. Read more
Nice place, some good margaritas. Great server at the bar, she was nice and so was the manager. They have good range of... margaritas and good selection of cocktails to choose from. Very family oriented place as it has a designated family area where isaw some lil one's and 2 separate outdoor sitting. Definitely good place to eat and drink in small town of Benton,AR. They hadgreat selection of food as well but we already had food so we only had couple of drinks but going by the number of people in therestaurant, safe to say they serve good food. Read more
I've came here three times now and the food is awesome! The sauces that they use on there food is rich in flavor and makes you... want to finish the whole meal. The rice is always great and it seems like they put queso underneath it which I'm totally okaywith cause their queso is amazing as well. They have a live mariachi band every Friday night I believe is what the band said. Itdoes get kind of loud but it's a fun exciting environment while eating. The servers are super friendly but the service is okay,out of the three times that I went my wife and I sat two times in the main sitting area and one time at the bar. Sitting at thebar was great, entertaining bartender and quick service. Sitting in the main area, they took quite a bit longer to serve us andbring drinks. It wasn't so bad the second time cause we went with family and kept ourselves entertained and it was prettycrowded on a Friday night(understandable). They have a great drink selection as well including a margarita flight. Overall Ihighly recommend this place, it's definitely a step above your normal tex mex restaurant. Read more
This place is so awesome. Diaz always takes great care of us in the bar area. From being there with the chips and salsa when we... sit down to having the tab ready right when we need it. We always start with the delicious cheese dip and table side guacamolethen move on to the absolute best fajitas Jalisco (beef, chicken and shrimp) ever. Another favorite is the Burrito Tiffany withcheese dip and green salsa. Yummy!! That being said? we will definitely be going back and it?s on my favorites list for sure!!! Read more
