I?d give it zero stars if I am being honest. I even had to complain to corporate who still hasn?t reached back out. They lost my... ?order?. Which was just a basic pepperoni. Had to wait 50 MINS just for ONE pepperoni pizza. I asked if they could comp,discount, give me a free pizza next time for the inconvenience they caused and the manager said he couldn?t do anything. We usually get the 3 meat pizza. It's got plenty of toppings and is very filling. Usually very quick at the drive-thru unless... they are slammed but they ask you to park and they will get it out to you as soon as possible. Its a good price ($11.00, as ofyesterday). Went through the drive thru and waited and waited and waited, there was only one car in the parking lot and zero in the drive... thru. Had to drive back around and then finally a girl asked for our order, when we got to the window she was very huffy andacted like we were disturbing her. After we paid she then said pull around to the front it?s in the oven. We wouldn?t haveordered had we known we had to wait on 2orders of crazy bread. Absolute worse service I?ve had at ANY little Caesar. I placed an order and they told me 20 mins. Showed up in 18 mins, food... wasn?t ready for another hour. Rude lady at the counter. Where to begin... I ordered online for pickup. When I arrived the lady behind the counter was super nice, but also completely... overwhelmed (6 I'm lobby and at least 2 at drive by window). I saw and heard her let the other staff know she was out of crazybread only to here another employee berate her for doing so. I watched the manager sit in the back and back orders at her whilemaking no attempt to get up and help the obviously busy order front. I waited an additional 10 minutes because the first personyelling at her didn't take the time to complete the process of adding the pizzas to the pickup portal. So they were ready, butunable to be retrieved. As for the pizza they have increased their prices about 2-3 bucks across the board (to be expected),the pizza was undercooked because they were pulling them early to get more pizzas done faster, and the atmosphere they had instore make it all worse. Little Ceasars use to be a pretty budget friendly and fast option to get pizza... now after mentioningeverything above I just don't think there is ever a use case where I would choose them over somewhere like Larry's pizza orShotgun Dan's. If you have no other choice it works in a pinch, but you are better off giving your money to somewhere else. Read more
I called in a large sausage and cheese pizza. The girl said it'll be 30 minutes. I showed up 30 minutes later and she said she... lost my order. Then repeated to me exactly what I ordered. I explained I called it in and someone said it would be ready in 30minutes. She said I don't know who told you that it's an hour wait. She sounded like the same person I talked to on the phone.When I complained after finally getting my pizza I got some dirty looks. Specifically speaking of the Benton, AR location. There are a couple great employees there and a couple REALLY rude employees... there too who ruin my overall opinion of this store. In addition they quit answering there phones well before closing time. Andthey do not keep Hot and Ready pizzas available during the hours they advertise. So unless you use their app and order before7pm don't expect to get a pizza. Love the pizza but hate this location's service. I had to drive to Bryant the last two times Igot pizza after Benton had service shortcomings. Bryant service and availability is superior to Benton consistently. Read more
