This is a great local joint for quality ice cream. The prices are a little high, for which I've subtracted a star. The macaroon... cookie was about almost $3 with tax and was a single bite - BUT was a really, really high quality product that I still tasted 20minutes later. I have been to this ice cream shop twice. The first time was a blast! awesome store, delicious ice cream, and pleasant workers.... This second time however completely changed my view on the establishment. The ice cream was good, yes- but one of the workersthere was purely hateful. i believe i even over heard her mouthing off to one of her co workers. totally ruined the vibes for meand unfortunately i?ll be sticking to sonic icecream because the negative atmosphere really put a bad taste in my mouth. Living in the downtown Benton neighborhood just a few blocks from here is a blessing, and a bit of a curse! Lol Locally-made,... small batch ice cream in a great variety of flavors?and always really good nondairy selections, even if you eat dairy, likeme. Loblolly ice cream and their other treats, such as macarons, are way too tempting to keep me away. I usually just buy 4pints at once, 4 different flavors to take home (in my insulated Loblolly ice cream bag of course Lol). Read more

My son and I loved it! I?ve not had loblolly ice cream before. But man, I?m glad I did! It seems I?m not alone in that... sentiment either, cause they were busy!!! The employees were friendly and efficient. It is a tad pricy, but none of the 4 ofus had any complaints. The strawberry buttermilk was by far my favorite, along with the birthday cake. My son loved the cottoncandy too. I would definitely come back, and if you are in the downtown Benton area, I highly suggest giving it a try! Read more

This quaint little ice cream shop was such a refreshing delight. There were several flavors to choose from. We sat in the air... conditioned space and enjoyed the creamy flavors. There was only one table out front and a few of the tables inside neededcleaning (crumbs) but overall, enjoyable. Read more

Great staff! The building has a very hometown cozy feel to it and they clearly support as many local businesses as possible. The... icecream is local made the candles that smell incredible are local. Even the cute stickers you can get are by local artist! Verynice and tasty we will definitely be back! Read more
