Tonight was my first time ever trying Pie Five and I was absolutely impressed!! It?s set up like a Subway where you pick and... choose the toppings you want and then they cook the pizza. It didn?t take long at all and the guy who made ours, Quran, wasreally good about asking if we were satisfied with the amount of toppings. I loved the vibe and the food was incredible!! Literally every booth in the restaurant was dirty and they weren?t even busy. The staff seemed bothered when you walked in to... order. I came in by myself with my 2 small kids, and they didn?t even offer to help me carry my food to the table, just watchedme struggle. They need to train these workers better and teach then customer service. Read more

I can honestly say my first trip to pie five was memorable! I live in hot springs, and left work late today. I was searching... for something quick, but really craving pizza. I walked into pie five thinking it probably wasn't possible, but I still askedthe young man behind the counter if there was anything already made, explaining how I only have an hour before my kindergartenergets off the bus and I still have an hour trip ahead of me. Well lucky for me he had just made his own personal pie, and he wassweet enough to sell it to me!! Kind gestures such as this make me want to only buy pizza from pie five pizza!! Not bad, I tried the 7.99 11" which two people could eat as a lunch or dinner. The thin crust was alright but if you like ranch... with pizza then you might be disappointed. The ranch was not good at all, I was really impressed with how fast the pizza wascooked Read more
First time here... not a fan. I only get an hour for lunch and my pizza was doughy in the middle so they offered to remake it. I... said I don't have time for that. Just stick it back in the oven. 10 minutes later... just standing around hungry and beingignored. Until finally the pizza comes back out and the center was stuck and is now missing. I would give a 5 star, because the food is excellent and the service is great. My problem on this particular visit was the... men's room being out of soap. That's a huge deal to me. An absolute no no. Rest rooms should be monitored and checked regularlyand issues like this avoided before they ever happen. Hand washing is the number one way to prevent the spread of contagiousdisease, and this is especially important in a dining establishment. Read more
First off the staff was very friendly, which was great! I ordered the veggie pizza and apple pecan chicken salad. The pizza was... great with lots of fresh ingredients. The salad was a complete miss. There was a single pea sized pecan, two dehydrated appleslices, a half a cherry tomstoe, and no chicken. The bathroom was dirty and had no toilet paper. Read more
