I was only disappointed with the fact that they didn't make my food in front of us like the one in Little Rock does. I wanted my... sons to have that fun experience. Otherwise the service was exceptional and the food was great. Read more

Pretty sad they didn't have hibachi Monday nights. Sushi was pretty good. Kids meal chicken was super dry. Overall it was okay

Went last night. My spicy tuna hand rolls and other sushi were delicious. Everyone else?s food looked and smelled good. ... They?re probably short handed and they were not busy. But There was 10 of us and they really made a smooth pleasant diningexperience. Read more

Server look high and dirty. Ordered the mango and samurai roll they were probably made a week ago. Main course was tempura... shrimp that was not cleaned and the huge mound of rice had hair in it. Nothing was seasoned. The only thing we enjoyed was themiso soup. Read more

We ate at Samurai for dinner yesterday. Our two orders of New York Strip Hibachi: The Medium steak was past well done, very... tough. It tasted like it was leftover steak that was cooked the day before that was reheated and served. The Medium Rare wascooked correctly, but both steaks had tons of gristle in them. Every 3-5 bites were unchewable. The vegetables they served, which weren't many, tasted like pure soy sauce. These also tasted like reheated vegetables from the previous day. (We were thefirst ones in the door when they opened) We didn't order fried rice, but they served us fried rice and up-charged us anyways. The food was the worst Hibachi I've ever had. I've ate here before and it was good, both at the Hibachi seating and the normaldining seating. Our ticket for food that non of my family ate was over $60.. and I informed the server about the food qualityand she took off one entree off of our ticket. I didn't want to pay a dime. I spoke with three different employees asking ifsomething had changed, trying to let them know about the food so they can un-change a recent change or something, but no luck. They denied the food was from a previous day. They also told me that I should expect the food to taste different because it iscooked in the kitchen and not on a hibachi grill. It also takes time to bring it out from the kitchen. (Their words...). Ilet them know that, on the menu, it is advertised as Hibachi Steak etc. and they are selling it for ~$25 an entree, the tasteshouldn't be worlds different. It was a few hours before I could get the taste of salt out of my mouth. Samurai, what you'redoing is dishonest. If you ask people to pay $25 for Hibachi, I expect a decent serving of vegetables that I can taste, nogristle (at least not much)... I feel robbed. Read more
