About a month ago a cashier tried to keep my change, I guess as a tip, and I had to ask for my change, and when she did give it... to me she picked a dime out of my hand as she handed it to me. Out in the parking lot, I asked the lady who was behind me inline if it happened to her and she said she paid with a card but was still asking for a tip. Won't be going back to thislocation. It was typical gor subway. My sandwich was really good. Guy next to me found a hair in his sandwich. Told an employee(she was... doing schedule so maybe a manager?) seated next to him and she kind of laughed. Wasn't to he really persisted that she asked'can I see it?' , then offered him a free sandwich. I mean, it happens, but she should have been at least apologetic andquicker to offer to remake it.
