Good chicken, but the employees and service is pretty horrible. Asked for my tenders to be tossed in sauce and be *extra wet*,... *please*, they came out dry as a bone. I paid for extra sauce. Then they gave me an attitude when I asked for extra sauce. Therestaurant was freezing, so my party stepped outside on the patio. There were no lights on on the exterior of the restaurant,and when I asked if they could cut the lights on for the porch, they said they don't control the lights... okay.. how is thatpossible? Updating today! Amazing service! David was amazing! Food was hot & fresh, tasted great! No complaints! 2 months ago...I am... updating my review from my visit today. Rude doesn't even begin to describe the manager and cashier on duty. The manager wasyelling at a customer about him being rude, disturbing the entire restaurant. While we were placing our order the cashier wasrolling her eyes and yelling at the kitchen. Completely inappropriate. 3 weeks ago... It was ok, this place has a high turnoverrate, seems like everytime we go in there, they have new employees. We had 1 order with cold chicken, hot fries & 1 with hotchicken & cold fries.... Read more
Food came fast and the people were nice. But the food was just underwhelming to put it nicely. My chicken sandwich was more like... a chicken tender on a bun and was dry and hard to chew. It was my first time trying fried pickles so I don't have much tocompare them to but they were really salty imo. Hubbys fries tasted like maybe they'd been cooked in old oil or something.Anyways, not awful but definitely not gonna be my first choice for chicken. Maybe it was just a bad day. Idk. I am glad I gave this place another try, as it was fantastic this time around. The tenders were wonderful, & the ranch dressing... was fantastic! However, the tables were sticky, & we just placed napkins down to avoid the sticky surface. Read more

First time eating at Slim Chickens. I ordered the chicken club. When I opened the box the top bun was split completely in two,... no bacon, no cheese, the chicken patty looked like 1 chicken strip and it only took up 1 side of the bun. The person working thedrive thru was nice. Definitely not worth the price for the food. Read more
Read some issues about the employees and operational issues. That?s very true. I stumbled into this place on the road. Menu... didn?t work so cashier asked me what I wanted. No idea if they had anything else I got the chix filet type sandwich and it wasgreat. Served hot with plenty of fries. Chocolate shake was fine. Good luck and let?s hope they figure it out. Read more
I've ordered online 4 times in the past year or so. Every single time my order is incorrect. At least 1 meal and other order... items is left off. The receipt is always right, so you have no problem taking my money, just giving me what I've paid for. Everytime. Fix your process. UPDATE: after providing feedback on their website, I received an email from their local ownershipwithin 30 mins. Great response and customer service to fix a problem. Read more
