As usual, I chose Sonic for the lunch break rush of near Benton traffic on Friday at noon. Found a spot at the very end of the... first aisle. Order was taken quickly and efficiently. Was not a pleasant stop.. to start they couldn't get the order right over the speaker. So they sent order taker out to the car.... She had to come back because she could Remer the whole order. And still did not have it correct. By the time they cooked to partof the order that was wrong the other was cold. They did give us coupons for 2 free burgers. The last few times I have been to this Sonic, which have been various times throughout the day, our food has not been fresh.... Today none of our order was even warm. I am tired of paying for food that I have to throw away. Yes, the service is fast, but ofcourse it is, because the food has been pre-made and sitting there. The Benton Sonic is the worst of them all in my opinion. Customer service sucks. Speed of service sucks. Food quality sucks. The... only good thing is the drinks, if you order one without extras. But even then it takes way longer than it should. Read more

This was absolutely ridiculous when me and my friend first ordered she used to work there and she knows all the prices they... tried to overcharge her at first when they came out to serve the food we asked about it and the lady was confuse so we just letit slide and got our meals we open the box and realized that the bread was not cut and BURNT!! the fries were not separated justtossed at the bottom of the box and all the food was stacked on top of each other like a clutter, we asked three times forsauce but still never received, our boxes that had the food in it didn?t even come in sonic bags as well Read more
