Was the slowest Starbucks I have ever been at. Nearly 30 minutes for just 1 drink lol. And the staff was rude and didn?t tell... anyone that I was here picking up a mobile order after just telling me to wait while people that was there for only 5 minutesgot their drinks 2x faster than I did. I had to go thru drive thru today because my daughter has a big test via zoom the gentleman handed me the drinks the first one... was fine and normal looking the second one was fonky looking and i asked is that mine he said yes ma'am it the Carmel frap. Itwas a half a cup of whipcream and half coffee frap. No caramel on top no crunch on top iether. Then he goes to give me mine itwas supposed to be a vienti but it came tall, i politely said that's supposed to be a vienti. He said ok let me fix that for youhe grabs a vienti cup pours it in to the other one completely mixes the expresó and then goes to fill the cup up with onlyknows what because it tasted nothing like coffee it was like pure vanilla and cream tasting ????????????. On a road trip passing through at about 9:30 am. I walked into the store but there was also a drive through option available.... Tori was SO nice, welcoming, patient and accommodating. I think they were in the middle of restocking because there were a bunchof boxes waiting to be unpacked, but that didn't bother me. There were 7 people working, and the energy was so positive andsupportive amidst the hustle and bustle as they all worked together as a team to make it a well oiled machine to servecustomers.
