About a month ago a cashier tried to keep my change, I guess as a tip, and I had to ask for my change, and when she did give it... to me she picked a dime out of my hand as she handed it to me. Out in the parking lot, I asked the lady who was behind me inline if it happened to her and she said she paid with a card but was still asking for a tip. Won't be going back to thislocation. It was typical gor subway. My sandwich was really good. Guy next to me found a hair in his sandwich. Told an employee(she was... doing schedule so maybe a manager?) seated next to him and she kind of laughed. Wasn't to he really persisted that she asked'can I see it?' , then offered him a free sandwich. I mean, it happens, but she should have been at least apologetic andquicker to offer to remake it. The young man making our sandwiches did an awesome job for only his 5th day. 2 other employees on duty never offered to assist... him. One went outside and was on her phone. The other guy did,"busy",work. Read more

There was only 2 people working, a young man and a young lady who was on the phone most of the time we was there. The store was... packed, there was 3 people ahead of us and we was there for ab 45 mins bc the young man was having to do everything. After healmost got everyone out, she finally got off the phone and started helping. Then the customer ahead of us asked her to chg hergloves bc she had bn handling the phone and she acted like that offended her and started slinging the food ar! Well it offendedme that the young man was having to do everything by himself, (which he done a great job getting everyone out as quick as hecould considering he didn't have any help)! And when he was almost done she decided to help! She was rude as well. No hi, how ru, bye, thank you or anything! I doubt very seriously I go back! Read more
Good for but to expensive for me! To feed the kiddo, husband and myself normally cost between 30 and 40 dollars. We can order... hibachi or Mexican For that or a little more. Just saying! Read more
