I had an online order on 10/8. Lobby was closed so I sat for 15 minutes in the drive thru before I even got to the speaker, then... another 15 to the window. Mexican pizza wasn't cut and everything was just thrown on it. Looked like a pile of crude on top of atostada. The soft tacos had very little meat and ALL lettuce and cold. The burrito was cold and uneven, one end had all meat theother all beans. This was the most horrible experience. $15 dollars wasn't. Read more
Hard to believe, but the food has gotten worse. The cinnamon swirls used to thumb size, now just barely pencil diameter in... size. Young lady taking orders spoke some form of English mixed with who knows. . Took 30 mins to move from ordering, to payto pay window. Read more

Employees are friendly and the food is better than average for a Taco Bell. However, they say they open at 8am when they clearly... don?t. Three times in a row I?ve shown up at 8:15 just to be told they aren?t ready to serve food yet. I understand staffing istough right now, but if you consistently can?t open on time, you should change your hours of operation. I won?t be returning. Read more
This location always seems to have problems. When you work overnights your food options are limited and this location usually... has some kind of issue. Whether their system isn't working, they are out of half of the menu, or they mess up the order. I trynot to leave negative reviews but tonight was the last straw for this location. They didn't put half the order in the bag andwhen you try to call they never answer the phone. Our lunch break isn't long enough to run back and forth every time they messup. Read more
I try not to give negative reviews, because I understand sometimes you just have those bad days, but this location needs one. I... hope it is a wake up call. I placed an order on line and went inside to pick up. I had to wait about 5 minutes for my order,which was no biggie, but what I witnessed was shocking. When I walked in there was a couple ahead of me complaining their orderwas missing items, the front staff looked at them like they were crazy and walked off. Never said anything to them. Finallysomeone came up and assisted them. Also, while I was patiently waiting 2 other people came in to complain that their order fromthe drive thru was either missing items or their items were incorrect. The facility was dirty and smelled like sweat. There wasan employee in the assembly area that looked mad at the world and was slinging food around. The worst part was that an employeein the back was coughing uncontrollably and it sounded as though they were starting to gag on it. It did not sound like achoking cough, but a sick need a doctor visit kind of cough. This did not make me feel comfortable receiving food from them.
