Open sign was still on….. no one would say anything through the drive thru…. So I went inside they had loud music playing... one of the kids looked at me like what are you doing in here. All but one of the staff seemed like they had better things to do than to work. I love TSC which is why I chose to stop.on our... way through town. It was a convenient place but there were no restrooms and the whole seating is outside. It's probably theworst TSC I have been to. If the staff were more professional, it would have been much better, like another star or two. Thefood wasn't as filled with meat as it usually is. Read more
I went through the drive through at the Benton location, so my experience is based on that. First, the menu signage could do... with a cleaning and definitely a lighting upgrade. It's dim enough that I had trouble reading it. Second, Customer serviceseemed lackluster at best. Not enthusiastic, but not rude either. Last, my smoothie was really gritty. Not smooth at all.
