Just a random road trip lunch break. Food was average. Made to order doesn?t seem to be the standard if everything you get is... warmish. I would say it is staffing issues. Seemed like the employees were very busy and the restaurant was not that busy.Fries were worst. More like room temp. Read more
Ordered 2 double stacks, got home to eat them and I discovered in one of the double stacks wrapper next to the burger a piece of... paper that separates the raw beef patties. I know this because there was a piece of raw burger still attached to the balled uppaper. Unacceptable Read more
Staff was nice but we got 5 of the $5 biggie bags with the chicken BLT & the sandwiches tasted like they had been cooked in the... same grease for months. It had a nasty after taste & 4 out of 5 didnt even eat their sandwich at all other than a couple bites.We were excited to eat here & left disappointed. Read more
I had to write this to please ask the owners to look into your HVAC. Omg, there was water dripping down from your units and... BLACK MOLD. A lady in line next to me pointed that out above my head and warned me (as my baby was near where the nasty waterwould drip). Was wondering why it was so humid and funky smelling inside the restaurant. Didn?t really mind my order wasincorrect. Definitely sympathize as there are worker shortages everywhere and these folks deserve a break and better treatment. Read more
Breakfast was good. I had one sandwich the SEC croissant very tasty sauce. Another was the biscuits and gravy...ehhh. I mean... it's hot and tasty just the gravy was so basic ? I guess I wasn't pleased with the texture. Read more
I normally never complain. I love Wendy's and this location has usually always been very good about getting food out on time but... for the last 4 days I've sat in the drive thru from 10:30 to 10:45 and not moved an inch with only 2 cars in the drive thru. Youcan't tell me they are that overwhelmed I see employees just sitting around or walking around outside not doing anything thislocation has seriously fallen from it's once great status. Worst Wendy's experience ever! The young lady taking orders was very nice but EVERYTHING else was terrible. I literally waited... 20 minutes for a single hamburger and fries and was cold and order was wrong. Read more
Tired to order through drive thru at 7:30. They are supposed to open at 6:30 am! An employee didn't get there until 8am. So do... people just do whatever they want now. Had it been the restaurant I worked at we all would have been in so much trouble Fromour higher ups but they are actually involved. I'm sure health isn't up to code with this kind of standard. I'm sure all thenecessary precautions are not takin into consideration when a store is ran like this. I for one will not be back. Nobody canblame covid anymore. Do better. Hold that high standard. Don't hire people just to have a body. Don't be desperate! Have somepride in your job and take who you hire seriously. Read more
