Today, I was on the phone with my wife while she was on her lunch break and went through Zaxbys in Bryant to order the new... Chicken Bacon Ranch loaded fries. They were $7.99 plus tax (9.92%). I was close to the Zaxby's near Alcoa Rd. in Benton, andwanted the same. I placed my order which was 40 cents more at $8.39 plus tax (10.85%). We were 8 minutes apart checking out atboth locations (see receipts!). MINE was cold, and hers was perfect (just my luck)...You would think the food would be freshespecially during the noon lunch-rush! Nope, my fries were cooler than luke warm, just a sprinkle of shredded cheese (notmelted), maybe enough bacon to equal 1 slice, the few chunks of chicken might equal about a half of a chicken breast, and intotal about a tablespoon of Ranch. So basically in all actuality, I got maybe 2 large orders of cold fries and had to pay anextra $2.33 for them. I compared Benton's menu prices to the one in Bryant (2.7 miles down the road) and Benton store is 40cents more on everything I looked at, AND you pay more in taxes! Hmmmm, sorry but it costs way less than 50 cents in gas todrive an extra 2 miles down the road to Bryant!!. This is not the first time I've gotten poor food quality at this location,but this time was my final straw and I will never go back to this location again, which is what I will strongly suggest toeveryone I know. My first and my last time visiting this chain. My fries were undercooked, the seasoning is good, bet they actually taste good if... they were cooked all the way. Then my chicken was hard, I'm so glad we chose to dine in because they didn't even offer sauce thechicken tenders and when I asked if I could have one I was charged .25cent then when I we asked for ketchup packets we weregiven 1 per person. I know times are hard but that's not where you make budget cuts. The employees were very rude, especiallythey young girl who took my order, she might want to be checked for an eye rolling problem. What made me most irritated was mychild's food, the grilled cheese wasn't cooked fresh, it was room temp, it's pretty bad when a 7yr old asks if there is amicrowave so they can heat their sandwich up. Poorly managed. They ignore their lobby customers and then don't give their workers the proper breaks they are supposed to... receive. They ignore their staff and then the worker are rude especially to the new employees. They had one the managersthrowing up inside the kitchen and in front of the staff. Then when u tell them you feel sick or about to pass out because ofthe heat exhaustion they ignore them. What kinda business does that. The company is suppose to follow protocol but doesn't. Thestaff thats supposedly been there longer than you is rude because its your second day and you don't know anything instead ofhelping you. They just talk to you crazy. I would even eat there again. Its unorganized and they don't wear gloves to makeyour food.they have no one greeting customers at the front counter and they need better ac its horrible.
