These guys have screwed up the breakfast burrito 3 of the 4 times I have ordered one from them. Their wait times at the drive... through are extremely long. One time I waited almost twenty minutes and the food was cold when I got it. They always correcttheir mistakes but they makes mistakes almost every time. Update 12/7/22. They continue to get my order wrong in the drivethrough more often then they get it right. Read more

Food expected to be hot n fresh, took 15 minutes, got home less than 2 miles n all was cold. Not even warm.

Placed 1 drink order in app, app foesnt allow drive thru option. Parked at stall and stall showed my order and the people inside... pressed all the buttons so it said my drink was made and on its way. They were busy so I let 22 minutes go by and still nodrink. Ordered in app a single drink with tip and waited 22 minutes for nothing. It is ridiculous they accept app orders yet don?t... serve them. Clicked all the buttons saying it was made and on its way. I won?t be back. Crappiest service I have had??.but it isFranklin county so?? Read more

My sister and I sat and waited for over ten minutes and no one even acknowledged us.. then we had to go to the drive through,... and she was so rude over the intercom. We spent our whole lunch break trying to get food. Do better!! Read more

The past two times my husband and I ordered sonic we have had mistakes with our orders. We ordered off the app both times. First... time we ordered teas with bursting bubbles. The sonic staff did not give us the right straws for it. So it kind of defeats thepurpose. Tonight we paid for a double burger but received a single. Also, ordered another burger that was not right as well.This has happened on many occasions, but these two are the most recent. We love sonic, but feel like the staff is not taking thetime to get orders right. Read more
