Pizza has been consistently good, on time, and the people you talk to friendly. I also appreciate the fact that they have... actually been open when they advertise they will be. So many places have adopted shorter hours but say on google they are open,Dominos has bailed me out several times when I?ve set out to get food later in the evening. I'm all done with this location. I'm from illinois and the duquoin Illinois location makes good pizza. But I come to Kentucky to... visit my mom.and we've ordered a few times from here and they have a problem with burning the pizza so bad the crust crumblesinto black dust with burnt black toppings. Last Friday I ordered again and asked them not to burn the pizzas however both pizzaswere half bubbled up and that's from not storing the dough at the proper temperature it's obvious that the location indraffenville does not care about making a quality product and their Pizza is trash I'm all done with the draffenville dominos. Horrible place. We've ordered at least a dozen times from this location over the past four years and honestly have gotten what... we ordered once. Christmas time we ordered so that my parents and my kids could have something to eat while my wife and I wereout shopping. Was told there is a delivery fee, no problem. Hour and a half goes by and my mom texts me to let me know theystill haven't got any food. My wife calls Dominoes and they tell her it's been ready waiting for us to pick it up. We tell themthat it was for delivery and the girl that took the order even said there was a delivery fee. We talk to a manager and sheargues with us and tells us they are just teenagers and we need to cut them some slack. They finally get the stuff deliveredafter we paid another delivery fee. Of course the pizza was ice cold and inedible after sitting out for 2 hours under a heatlamp. Many times we order a meetza with extra cheese, and get a cheese pizza. Last Saturday my wife and I went on a date night.Mom and dad was with the kids again and ordered a 1/2 meetza, 1/2 cheese. They got a burnt 1/2 meetza, 1/2 nothing but sauce. Ican't stant this place, and it's been like this since before the covid pandemic. Never again! They broke the last straw. I gave them a 6 month break but can no longer use this place for pizza. Every... and I... mean every time I have ordered pizza over the last year I have had to sit there while they fixed it or made it cause they didnteven though the app said it was done. This time they had to remake one and told me five more minutes. 10 minutes later when Iask they all realize they didn't remake it and just said sorry like it was my fault. Friendly service but the portions vary on the pasta dishes from order to order. One time co-worker and I can share an order,... others it's enough for one ???????
