I?ve lived in the area for almost 4 years and the service there has slowly been getting worse. I gave them another chance... tonight and when I pulled around to get my pizza the employee working drive through asked me to pull up into an empty spotbecause they had accidentally dropped my pizza. After pulling up and waiting for over twenty minutes I was brought out a Lukewarm pizza at best, not at all fresh and not at all worth waiting over twenty minutes for. It?s best to make your own pizza athome or go to another pizza place rather than to go here and waste your money, very unprofessional in every sense of the wordand I will not be returning. Read more
Went to get a quick lunch at 12:55. Order was taken at the speaker by a rude female. Pulled to the window and waited 10 minutes... during this time no one came to the window or even noticed we were sitting there. While sitting there seen a young man cleaningand a young man making dough. Had a simple order that should have been "hot and ready." Just ordered a $5 lunch and crazy bread.No one else was in line so not sure why the wait. Not going back any time soon. Hate to leave bad reviews but this is just plainbad service. Read more

This is the absolute slowest location I have ever been to. It's not just because of my visiting being at a busy time of day.... Almost every single time I come here no matter the time of day I am told to pull into a parking spot and wait but not untilafter I pay for the order. As I would just leave if I had known that was the case. Almost always you have to sit and wait for 20minutes for your food. I am currently on minute 23 from the time my card was charged at the window. And I am on a 30 minutebreak. I come here for the reason of my food being ready and this will be my last visit. Not only will I be late clocking backin, but I don't even get to eat. I don't know if it it is this way because of the very young individuals working the store asthat is all I've ever seen at this location but it is a very big disappointment to have to wait this long almost every time Icome here which is very frequent as I love the food but unfortunately for me I will have to miss out on that. The only reason Iam giving two stars instead of just one is because the food is not horrible. I will never eat at this restaurant ever again. Ordered online. Went to pick up. Employee acted like he didn't have a clue where... my order was. Ask if I could pull forward.Waited about 10 minutes and they brought my pizza out. I ask where my cheese stickswas and they said they would be right out. Another 10 minutes went by. Finally brought them out and I told him my pizza wasn'tright. Was supposed to be a thin crust pepperoni extra everything and it was just single toppings. He told me the way the pizzawas made and explained to me like I was a 2 year old and said here was some extra napkins like that would tide me over. Ask tospeak to main manager and was told they didn't have one. With that being said I will never order from there again. And had toleave one star to even post anything. Was traveling from Arkansas to Ohio and stopped here for lunch, went in the drive thru and there was no wait. Ordered a most... bestest pizza and a bread stick, our pizza was made fresh and tasted really good. Bread sticks were good too. Good deals andgood prices. Read more
Is there a reason you don't have people in drive-thru pull over and park.... The ones that are waiting on pizzas? So the ones... who have call-ahead or online orders can get their pizzas quicker? I was waiting in line for over 30 minutes. That's kind ofridiculous. Read more
