I guess they have new management, the last two times we have ordered the pizzas were not as good as they used too be.
The location I ordered from was the one in Benton Louisiana by the courthouse. This place is HORRIBLE! They always mess our... order up, they are always saying that they have no delivery drivers, and they always close earlier than they are soposeto. Horrible customer service, they never even ask how I would like to pay when I place an order over the phone for delivery,they usually forget to even ask my name and I always have to ask what my total is because they never do. Either this locationneeds new management or an entire new team of employees. THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION IS DEFINITELY HORRIBLE ALL THE WAY AROUND, IDO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. Placed online order to be ready at 12:00, got there on time but order wasn't ready. Ten minutes later it's ready...not great... when you only have 30 min for lunch. No apologies offered. ? Read more
Don't waste your time, worst pizza hut as far as food quality. And they can't even call people or turn off online ordering when... they don't have delivery drivers. Just leave them sitting there wondering where the hell their pizza is. Read more
Horrible customer service. Ordered online at 12:55 pm, was given a 21-31 minutes estimated delivery time. After an hour I... called to check on pizza because tracking only showed cooking the order. I was on hold for over an hour and no one answered thecall. I finally called another Pizza Hut location and someone answered right away. They called the other location and themanager told them they did not have a driver and was waiting for Door Dash to pick it up. Told them I could pick it up if Iwanted to. First, off I could not drive due to a procedure and second, they did not bother to call me and tell me about thedelay. So my order was waiting for 2 hours due to no delivery person. RIDICUOUS! I cancelled my order and asked for refund. If I don't get it soon, I will go up there or call the national customer line. Nothing like ordering a pizza, getting charged, waiting for said to pizza to arrive, it doesn?t arrive, look at bank statement... to find a refund (thankfully), and no call or notification that they just decided to not make it or deliver it. This is the 3rd time that my food was NASTY and usually I don't say anything, but I don't have money to waste. I live in a small... town (Benton LA) only 3 restaurants to order from. My crust was not cook thoroughly. It was soggy and I asked for light sauce, it was thick and the cheese was not melted..it still looked like shredded cheese if you understand what I mean. It was maderight but not cooked completely. I've tried to contact the store several times. I held on for 35 minutes for a supervisor, noone came back to the phone. I hung up, called back and asked to be transferred to the store in Benton and no picked up thephone. So no one cares at this place, poor service. I will drive to Bossier City from now on. Read more
Been waiting over an hour and a half on my order that says it will be here in 20-31 minutes. (Lately they?ve been behind) I... did not receive my order or a phone call. Tracked order on app and it still says it?s being prepared. I called the store and itgoes through all the prompts. Doesn?t say it?s closed or anything. Their line is set just as if I?m calling to order. Thislocation is now closed and still nothing! Don?t bother using this. I?m looking at reviews now but can honestly say that I?venever experienced the poor customer service until now. They could at least call and say they can?t get you the order or canceldelivery services and only do carry out until they figure it out. However, at this rate they should just close all together.
