Yall have substitute ham for Black forest ham that?s is very salty. Somebody could have said that you all was out of black... forest ham. I couldn?t eat the sandwich because I already have high blood pressure. I will be returning the sandwich tomorrow.What job has no manager or team leader. You all will see me when y?all open up. Not only was the food fresh and the store spotless, additionally, Amelia our sandwich maker was both polite as well as adorable.

Slow but friendly staff. My issue was that the meat was like a 6" portion of 'steak' on a foot long sandwich. What meat was... there was not spread out to cover entire sandwich. Last 3 inches had veggies only. Cheese wasn't spaced out, it was in one tightcorner, but REALLY thick, heavy in that first bite section. Never had that occur before. Read more
Sandwich was delicious but the restaurant was extremely hot yesterday on September 18th, 2018 in the dining area. Spoke to... manager on duty and they said they didnt know how to turn the thermostat on. I seriously doubt that. It was 92 degrees in therestaurant. 6 times I have gone to this subway in a month. My sandwich is never right. Went back tonight and after 3 times they finally got... it correct. I ordered Italian herb and cheese with Turkey and pepperoni. Light jalapenos and light spicy mustard. I meanreally 3 times to make that correct. Read more
Before driving over, I googled it and it said the store closes at 9pm. I got there at 8:30pm (so 30 mins before closing). There... was 1 lady leaving as I was entering, no one else in the store except for the employee. She asks how many sandwiches I want. Iask her if they offer the buy 1 / get 1 half off (the bogo shown online). She says no and asks again how many sandwiches I want.I answer with 2. She then tells me, "I hope you don't want them cooked because I've already turned the stove off". One of thesandwiches I was going to order was a toasted steak and cheese, so I just told her nevermind and left. - So I guess they leavetheir toaster ovens on nonstop during the day??? And I know it don't take 30 mins to make 2 sandwiches to go, but apparently Ishould have showed up sooner if I wanted service. Giving 2 stars because the place was clean. Read more
