I had the honey chicken dinner. I love this chicken dinner. Unfortunately this time it was horrible. Chicken was very dry and... tough, very little honey, a dab of potatoes, 4 tiny sprigs of broccoli that are dry, brown on the stems,I could not eat them. Mywife loves the avocado chicken dinner and said called it was horrible. Not what she is used to. Talked to waitress about thesize of portions and she said they reduced the size. What has happened to the Bob Evans in Benton Harbor. My son in law had somekind of breakfast bowl and did not like it at all and didn't eat more than half. Not worth the money. Will try one more time andif it is the same I well not return. My friend and I always go there for breakfast, I think we will go elsewhere. Read more
I would highly recommend Bob Evans restaurant! Our waitress was super sweet and it kind of had a store/diner vibe. We ordered... the honey butter chicken? oh my freaking God it was so delicious. I also ended up scoring a T-shirt, they had a sale going onfor $5! It was right through the parking lot at our hotel and was super convenient and turned out to be delicious as well. Read more
There was a wait but we were kept informed. The staff was friendly and apologized about the wait. The food was great
Very disappointed with the trends I am seeing in the customer service at this location. My brother and I stopped in today and... immediately made eye contact with 2-3 employees and after waiting 7-8 minutes, with a couple of employees hovering around, stillnever had one person greet us even to let us know they would be with us. One of them appeared to be a supervisor as well. Mytime in before that for breakfast, the parking lot was relatively empty and I was told it would be a 45 min wait. Providing twostars because when you do get seated, food used to arrive relatively quickly and be good sized portions at a good price.Unfortunately, won't be going back any time soon as there are plenty of other solid options in the area. Wonderful service, such sweet employees. Definitely would recommend. Whole family was satisfied.
Got seated and waited in quickly. Server was excellent and kept my pop refilled with no delays. Had breakfast and the pancakes... are delicious and very filling. All other food came as ordered. Read more

Love Bob Evans, the only thing is that I wish is that it was nice when they opened at 6am. We love getting breakfast from there... for work, but when an event for us starts at 7 we unfortunately have to go elsewhere. I bet there?s others that would like it togo back to being open at 6, especially with it being right off the highway! Read more
