We stopped here for a quick breakfast on a drive to Chicago. Overall, the interior was clean and ordering was quick and the... staff was friendly. Unfortunately they did get almost every aspect of our order incorrect. They accidentally used the wrongflavor in the coffee and gave us the wrong donuts. The coffees weren?t the best, and the food was okay once we got it allfigured out. The men?s bathroom door wouldn?t lock and there were a couple people walking in on others. Read more
Bought a strawberry milk and munchkins for my granddaughter around 6 pm tonight. Didn't notice until home that the milk had no... security plastic or film. Poured down the drain. Also bought 4 apple fritters, 2 Bavarian creme, 2 vanilla creme, 2 mapleglazed, and 2 glazed twists. They kept fooling around with bags then put in a box. However the box was missing maple glazedand glazed twists. $27.00 later, what a waste. Won't be going there again! Read more
I am particular on my drink temperature usually. I usually order cold/cool but not icy. Most of the past experiences, staff... could understand what I want and respect my preference. Today... I explained, they said they could do it but they gave me a fullcup of ice... When I tell them that's not what I want. This half full product is what I got. Read more
The interior was beautiful, I?ve been through their drive through many times and they normally do okay, but tonight I went... inside. I got two simple coffees, when they finished the first coffee they stopped making the second one and went to go take adrive through order. They proceeded to make said order and then serve it also, then come to finish mine. The other 2 workersdidn?t come and help or even share job duties, one of the workers were just standing looking at me instead of trying to help theother two. Finally I got my two coffees and went to the car. They then decided to close the store almost 20 minutes early. Theservice was just horrible and I probably won?t be going anytime soon. Read more
The best service you will get here is through the drive-thru as opposed to walking inside. In fact sometimes they close the... dining area because they are so busy and understaffed unfortunately. Having said that, this location is beautiful and has a lotof potential. Read more

Quick stop for ice cream on a hot day. It was not very busy at the time. Service was excellent and the ice cream hit the spot.
Interior service is poor and slow. The focus here is on the drive-thru. Inside orders are only accepted via self serve kiosk.... Find a different location if you are in a rush. Read more
