I was at Henry's today. I'm very very old school. I was very disappointed at what I found. I ordered a double hamburger, fries... and onion rings. My order came quickly.... But the price for the tiny portions left me cold. $11+ Tiny hamburgers could notbe seen outside the bun as in your publicity shot. (maybe they were ashamed and hidin'?) Fries were good, but no salt? Onionrings were sparce and again no salt? Burger meat was dry and wayyyyyy overcooked! The thing that really upset my experience wasthe type employees there. Loud boisterous laughter and the F word coming out of each and everyone's mouth! This isunacceptable. I saw Dave Slavicek comment about great employees. (Burger Beast blog) If he thinks they're great? He'scrazy! If Dave is winding down into retirement and killing the business at the same time? Keep going...... If you want to keepbusiness going? Expand? Increase portion size by 1/3 and don't increase price.. Fire thug staff. I won't be coming back. Read more

This place is bussin?. I?d choose this over ?Neon Diner? any day. Simply wonderful old fashioned burgers and fries, friendly... atmosphere, affordable menu. Is this what food used to taste like in 60?s? Take me back. 10/10 would do again. Read more

I used to love Henry's but not anymore! The fries were hard, the onion rings are not the same and were sweet ???? and SO greasy... I couldn't even eat them! The burger wasn't even good and a regular brown bag is 10.00 ???? I definitely won't go back, what asad day. Read more

The service was good. The double cheeseburger has a lot of flavor. Homestyle fries were very crispy and tasty

Really good burger. I am from a different state and this was my first time visiting. This burger was a piece of heaven! I... couldn't put it down! I only had mustard and fried onions on top. The packets of ketchup were not even needed! The fries weregood as well. I highly recommend this place! Read more

I pulled over to try Henry's as the restaurant had that old-school burger joint feel to it. Sadly, they were just okay. What I... liked about Henry's was the onions on the burger reminded me of those white castle burgers. The service was good and the priceswere moderate. All in all, okay experience. Read more

I went to the drive through at approximately 7:55pm. By 8:08pm I was enroute to home. I wanted to eat my sandwich while driving... and the pictures is what I had received, AT ALMOST CLOSING! The pictures actually make the sandwich look decent so imagine whatit actually looked like and how disgustingly dry the meat and bread was! At 8:14pm I called the store for a resolution to be metby an answering machine although there were at least 3-4 employees in the store upon my departure (But perhaps employees don'tanswer the phones-understandbly). So close to closing, I would have expected to receive a fresh sandwich seeing as I sat therewaiting for fries to cook. I don't think any of the employees working this shift would expect to go to a restaurant to pay forfood so old that it isn't worth feeding an animal. I HOPE the owners do not condone poor food service and I trust the staff isaware that serving out of timed food is a safety hazard. Imagine if I was an employee of the board of health! Perhaps everyonein the store needs to be ServeSafe certified but whether or not, at the east they should be decent about the food theyserve. For the cost of Henry's Hamburgers, customers should get better quality food service than this. Seeing as I live close to20 miles away, I'm extremely disgusted by this experience. Update: I left a message on the answering service that day and aftertwo months, I have not received a call back. **Edited** I gave two stars for fresh hot fries initially, but removed one forfailure to provide customer follow up.
