Jimmy John's does what it says. Fast sandwiches and delivery. Its almost as fast to order delivery as it is to go inside and... close enough to the same price. Staff here are great and have always delivered a good experience for me. Read more
Certainly not "freaky fast"! It was more like 15mins for two subs...and they had more workers than guests. Oh well...not a... big deal. The two star is for a particular worker that is not very friendly...she was making the sandwiches this time. Justangry! And even worse... she breaded my unwich! Read more
Good subs as expected. Nice dining and employees. Also the place is clean including bathroom.
The last four times I have been to Jimmy John's and yes I've been there four times and they continuously mess up my sandwich... three were at the Benton harbor location and one was at the St Joe location I just do not understand why it is so hard to get anorder correct. I work in this area. My supervisor who I see eating their food says they deliver to our address. Just had the rudest experience... with the St. Joseph staff refusing to deliver. When I was transferred to a manager, she gave me a curt We Don't Deliver to youraddress & she hung up on me. I'm never going back to this place if the managerial staff are this rude. And I'm going toencourage my coworkers and colleagues to stop ordering from this location. Read more
great front line staff, great sandwich. grumpy manager. got handed my take out sandwich up at register with no bag or napkins.... was told napkins at the back, but I was headed out the front door. no napkins near the front. mgr handed me one napkin with asnide remark. what's the deal...saving money with no bag or napkins? can't you afford napkins near the front or a bag? don'tthe sandwiches come in bags any longer w napkins included? does someone need more training?
