Worst stop ever fuel islands filthy, trash everywhere trash cans overflowing in parking area, showers filthy restrooms no soap... in the men's, no paper towels, toilets filthy, trash overflowing ,store in general dirty, employee's standing around textinginstead of making store and parking area presentable. Acted like the just didn't care. It isn't even busy. I only fuel, sleepshower at piolet- and the flying hook. Will never stop st this location ever again. Everyone should be fired and start withwhole new crue. Worst store and staff ever. If I could a negative score I would. Read more

Parking lot poorly laid out with tight parking in areas and trucks parking outside of spots. Not enough room for approach to... fuel island so traffic gets jammed up onto the street. Employees do not enforce proper parking. I was parked in a legal spot andwhen I woke up I was blocked in by some person who was inside the store and staff refused to make an announcement. Store hasvery poor merchandise selection for a store this size. 4:40 am and waited over 30 minutes for a shower to be cleaned whileseveral showers were empty but the store was too understaffed to have someone clean one. Several drivers in line behind me bythe time I got into a shower. The "premium" wifi doesn't work beyond 20 feet past the building so good luck if you want internetyou better bring your own. "Laundry area" has 2 washers and 2 dryers and one washer is out of order. This place needs a bigmakeover. Avoid this dump. Read more
Gas was cheap and Shannon was nice but no soap in the bathrooms.....i dont like, she did radio somebody to get right on it... tho....and the showers were out of service.....smh Read more
Decent Pilot location. Store was clean, including the men's room. No kinda RV parking out front. Series aligned pumps make it... difficult for a large RV or any vehicle pulling a trailer to get to the automotive fuel pumps. Read more
This is one of the dirtiest Pilots in the country! Absolutely disgusting! Every time I come here it is filthy. Which is quite... often since my company is based out of the Grand Rapids area. All the men's bathroom stalls have used toilet paper all over thefloor. Toilets themselves are always dirty. And the Wendy's is just as bad. This picture was taken last night when I went in toorder my food. And apparently they must keep the kitchen part of the restaurant just as dirty as the lobby. Because now I amsick this morning.
